PLA Pro is our most popular entry-level material, offering an exceptional balance of printability, surface quality, and cost. Unlike standard PLA, our formulation includes impact modifiers that reduce brittleness and improve inter-layer bonding. It prints at lower temperatures (200–220°C) without a heated enclosure, making it the fastest and most affordable option for prototypes, concept models, and fit-check parts. PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) bridges the gap between PLA and ABS. It prints cleanly with minimal warping, offers superior impact resistance, and handles temperatures up to 75°C. Food-contact safe and recyclable, PETG is the workhorse material for functional prototypes that need to survive real-world handling.

Nylon PA12 is the most versatile SLS material, offering a unique combination of toughness, chemical resistance, and fatigue endurance. Carbon Fiber PA is PA12 nylon loaded with 15% chopped carbon fiber, giving it 3× the stiffness of unfilled nylon at a lower weight. AlSi10Mg is the definitive lightweight metal for additive manufacturing. Its aluminium-silicon-magnesium composition delivers casting-alloy strength in a printed part — roughly half the density of titanium at a fraction of the cost. Excellent thermal conductivity makes it the first choice for heat exchangers, cooling channels, and electronics enclosures. Heat treatment to T6 condition pushes tensile strength past 460 MPa. Anodizing available in black, red, blue, gold, and clear for both aesthetics and surface hardening.
