PLA Pro is our most popular entry-level material, offering an exceptional balance of printability, surface quality, and cost. Unlike standard PLA, our formulation includes impact modifiers that reduce brittleness and improve inter-layer bonding. It prints at lower temperatures (200–220°C) without a heated enclosure, making it the fastest and most affordable option for prototypes, concept models, and fit-check parts. Available in 12 standard colors with a smooth matte finish straight off the printer.

TPU Flex combines rubber-like elasticity with the manufacturing precision of FDM. With 350% elongation at break and 95 Shore A hardness, it's the go-to material for parts that need to bend, stretch, or absorb impact. Commonly used for phone cases, drone bumpers, medical wearables, and industrial seals. Its chemical resistance to oils and greases makes it suitable for automotive and manufacturing environments.

PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) bridges the gap between PLA and ABS. It prints cleanly with minimal warping, offers superior impact resistance, and handles temperatures up to 75°C. Its natural transparency makes it popular for light diffusers and fluidic components. Food-contact safe and recyclable, PETG is the workhorse material for functional prototypes that need to survive real-world handling.

ABS remains the benchmark for durable thermoplastics — used in everything from automotive interiors to consumer electronics enclosures. ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) shares ABS's mechanical profile but adds outstanding UV and weather resistance, making it the go-to for exterior automotive and outdoor signage. Both can be acetone vapor-smoothed for injection-mold-like surface finishes. Printed in an actively heated chamber for optimum layer adhesion.

Nylon PA12 is the most versatile SLS material, offering a unique combination of toughness, chemical resistance, and fatigue endurance. Its low moisture absorption (vs. PA6) makes it dimensionally stable in humid environments. SLS processing means no support structures are needed — interlocking chains, living hinges, and complex assemblies come off the printer ready to use. Popular for functional prototypes that graduate directly to low-volume production without tooling changes.

Carbon Fiber PA is PA12 nylon loaded with 15% chopped carbon fiber, giving it 3× the stiffness of unfilled nylon at a lower weight. Processed via SLS for near-isotropic strength — meaning properties are consistent in all directions, unlike FDM. This material excels in structural applications: drone airframes, robotic grippers, jigs that must hold tight tolerances under load, and automotive brackets replacing machined aluminum at a fraction of the cost and weight.

Engineering Resin is our premium SLA material formulated to mimic ABS thermoplastics in toughness while delivering the surface quality and precision only photopolymerization can achieve. At 0.025mm layers, features invisible to the naked eye are faithfully reproduced. Heat deflection at 120°C allows use in low-temperature molding. Clear formulation is optically transparent after post-processing — ideal for lenses, light pipes, and fluidic devices where visual inspection of internal flows is critical.

Titanium Ti64 (Grade 5) is the definitive aerospace and medical-grade alloy, printed via Direct Metal Laser Sintering. Its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, biocompatibility, and corrosion resistance make it indispensable for flight-critical components, patient-specific implants, and high-performance motorsport parts. DMLS unlocks geometries impossible to machine — internal cooling channels, gyroid lattices for bone ingrowth, and topology-optimized structures that reduce weight by 40–60% versus traditional manufacturing.

Stainless 316L is the industry standard for corrosion-resistant metal additive manufacturing. The low-carbon "L" grade prevents sensitization during welding and printing, preserving corrosion resistance in as-printed and heat-treated conditions alike. With 35% elongation, it absorbs energy where titanium would fracture. Common in food processing, marine deck hardware, surgical instruments, and chemical processing where both strength and biocompatibility are non-negotiable. Can be electropolished to a mirror finish.

AlSi10Mg is the definitive lightweight metal for additive manufacturing. Its aluminium-silicon-magnesium composition delivers casting-alloy strength in a printed part — roughly half the density of titanium at a fraction of the cost. Excellent thermal conductivity makes it the first choice for heat exchangers, cooling channels, and electronics enclosures. Heat treatment to T6 condition pushes tensile strength past 460 MPa. Anodizing available in black, red, blue, gold, and clear for both aesthetics and surface hardening.
